Eat these superfoods for healthy stomach!

Nowadays, most of us suffer from upset stomach or indigestion frequently. But do you know what causes indigestion? Well, stress, poor dietary habits, harmful environmental toxins, viral infections could be the reason as they are not good for digestive system. One should eat healthy foods if you want to have a healthy digestive system.
Here are some superfoods that helps digestion:

Oats
Oats is considered good for stomach as it contains rich amount fiber which helps to maintain bowel regularity and prevent constipation.

Yogurt
Yogurt is often considered as one of the best food for digestion because it contains rich amount of ‘good’ bacteria (lactobacilli) that plays a key role in the digestion process and also reduces many stomach problems like indigestion, diarrhea, and constipation.

Beetroot
Beetroot contains rich amount of fiber, potassium and magnesium in it which helps in maintaining a healthy digestive system and prevents constipation and stomach aches.

Apple
Many might not know that apples are good for digestion. Well, the fruit contains both soluble and insoluble fiber. The insoluble fiber known as cellulose in apple adds bulk to the stool helps relieve constipation and keep digestive system healthy.

Banana
Banana is good digestion as it helps the digestion process by absorbing toxins, bulking up stool matter and stimulating bowel movements because of its rich fiber content.
