6. Foods With Monosodium Glutamate
Monosodium glutamate, commonly referred to as MSG, is an additive added to food to preserve it. Usually, it is found in packaged foods such as frozen products, canned items, store-bought salad dressings, soups and junked foods. MSGs are known to trigger inflammation in the body. It is also harmful to your general health considering that it contains preservatives and other chemicals that might lead to other health issues such as cancer or problems with the kidneys.
7. Whey Protein
Products with whey protein contain gluten and casein which are bad for people with arthritis as they promote more inflammation and joint pain. Casein produces uric acid in the body, and uric acid may lead to severe damages to your joints such as deformity. Moreover, gluten is also bad, but having a gluten-free diet may reduce inflammation for people with arthritis as well as decrease insulin resistance in people with diabetes.
8. Processed Red Meats
Meats, processed and red, contain chemicals that increase the inflammation and pain in your body. These chemicals such as nitrites and purines should be avoided if you do not want to suffer painful joints. Processed foods are also extremely high with AGEs content. 9. Refined Salt

When you limit your intake of table salt, you also reduce your risk of losing calcium and decrease the risk of fractures and osteoporosis too.
