Nuts – They are full of protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, but also reduce cholesterol and significantly improved sleep quality. Some studies show that walnuts reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Onion – Garlic is incredibly healthy (containing anti-inflammatory agents and is rich in vitamins B and C), but is especially good for women’s health because it prevents weakening of bones because it occurs most often osteoporosis.

Pumpkin seeds – As in the case of chocolate, pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of tryptophan acid which is considered a natural “enhancer” mood.

Raisin – Besides fiber, iron and vitamin C, raisins contain carbohydrates that increase the level of energy and certain phytochemicals that fight tooth decay.

Cherries – This fruit is rich in antioxidants and is useful in the fight against memory loss, heart disease, high cholesterol and diabetes. Plus: cherry juice significantly improves the quality of sleep!

Green tea – Green tea is not food, but it is useful to drink more of this tea, which has a lot of antioxidants and ingredients that improve brain function, boost metabolism and increase spending on adipose tissue in the body.
