How to prepare a healthy protein dessert

If you like to eat ice cream you will adore this healthy dessert. It’s great for any time of day and it’s good to eat after hard workout. You can replace bananas with berries for losing weight. This is good choice for dessert for those who work hard and for those who wants to lose weight.

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium frozen banana
1/2 sliced frozen peaches
1 tsp flaxseed meal
3 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 cup whole or halved macadamia nuts, and 2 nuts for decoration
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
cinnamon for decoration
PREPARATION:

Put the frozen peaches, banana, coconut milk, almond milk, plaxseed meal and macadamia nuts in blender. Then blend on high for 30 seconds or until it becomes creamy frozen dessert. Put in bowl and decorate with cinnamon and a couple of macadamia nuts.
