Raisins, A Natural Way To Clean Your Liver in Only 4 Days!

The liver is a biochemical laboratory of the body and is responsible for the breakdown of toxins produced in the body. One of the simplest ways of cleaning and detoxifying the liver is using raisins.

First, choose quality raisins. You will recognize it by the fact that the kernels are shriveled, do not shine, are not too hard, but also not too soft. Avoid kernels that are visibly damaged. It would be best to find grains that have a small stem, which shows that it is a natural product.
How to prepare the remedy for cleaning the liver:

1. In the morning, put half a cup of raisins in water and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then rinse them with water.

2. Put the washed grains in a cup of boiled, but cooled water. Leave the raisins in water for 24 hours.

3. The next morning before breakfast, drink the liquids and eat the raisins. Lie in bed for about 1.5 to 2 hours keeping a warm compress or a bottle with warm water, on the right side of the abdomen.

Repeat this procedure once a week for about a month, and that twice a year.
